About the platform
AP Landlord Assistant is a Telegram bot designed for landowners and companies that work with landlords.
The service automates interactions related to lease agreements, payments, income statements, and inquiries to the company. Users quickly receive the information they need through a familiar digital channel, while the company gains a structured tool for processing standard requests and communicating with landlords.
The official Ukrainian name of the product is AR Landlord Assistant.
Renewal of the contract
This feature allows you to view information about land parcels for which a lease renewal is either pending or approaching.
Users can quickly check the latest information about a land parcel and determine whether the lease requires further action.
Income Statement
This feature allows users to request a statement of rental income received for a selected period.
The bot allows you to:
- generate a statement for a month, quarter, or year
- view the amounts of accruals and actual payments
- receive the document in PDF format with digital signatures
- use the statement as an official document for banks, tax authorities, or other institutions
Rent
This feature allows you to view current information about the rent amount specified in a land lease agreement.
